Original Indigenous Art by Jarred Fleming “Tassie”
“Tassie” is an original artwork by indigenous GPAI golfer and student Jarred Fleming in collaboration with GPAI artist’s Jill Keating, Kath Ashworth and Les Phillips. Working together and sharing in the story of Jarred’s heritage created a unique and meaningful piece.
Jarred is a proud Palawa Kani representative from Big River Central, Tasmania. Passionate about representing his people and ancestry, he chose a ‘tribal origin’ theme and with four creative minds working together created a very special original artwork which includes a Legend of the tribes and their language groups all surrounded by the bounty of the sea.
